How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping timelines vary by destination, usually ranging from 7-12 business days.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for unused items with original tags and packaging. Please note that sale items and customized stitched outfits are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship COCO by Zara Shahjahan collections worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any further changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan, as well as all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers for both local and international customers.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking number and a link to the courier partner's portal to monitor your delivery.
