Returns & Exchanges

At COCO by Zara Shahjahan, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and images of the item you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging; our team will verify that the product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• 3.
  Shipment Collection

  Arrange for the parcel to be sent back to our dedicated returns warehouse or wait for our courier partner to facilitate a reverse pickup where applicable.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Upon successful inspection of the returned goods, we will issue a digital store credit or process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
